Consumer ID seminar: prof. Hans-W. Micklitz on the dissolution of consumer law
We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming research seminar on 24 October with Prof. Hans-W. Micklitz with a thought-provoking title “The Dissolution of Consumer Law”.
Professor Micklitz is a Part-Time Professor of Economic Law at the European University Institute, Florence, Italy. His research focuses on national, European, international private and economic law, AI and law as well as legal theory. Recent work of Prof. Micklitz includes a co-authored report on “Digital Fairness for Consumers”, which assessed the position of the European consumer in digital markets as well as the corresponding role of consumer law and newer legislation (e.g. the Digital Services Act).
